The Switches Gathering 2 convention will be held at the Van der Valk - Brussels Airport hotel.

– Shuttle service: a daily shuttle will take you to and from Brussels Airport in less than ten minutes. Price: € 6,- p.p.

To find the shuttle service at Brussels Airport: Go to level 0, following the 'Hotel Shuttle Bus' sign. The shuttle departs from platform E.
– Taxi: The hotel works with a reliable taxi company and can arrange a taxi for you at a special reduced rate of €15 to or from the airport. For more information or to make a reservation, please contact the reception.
– Parking: You can benefit from a parking discount as an attendee for our event. All you have to do is go to reception with your ticket, mentioning that you are attending the convention, in order to benefit from the discount.
Please note that if you use the machine, it will not work and there will be no refund.

ROOMS: You can benefit from a preferential rate by booking by email.
Single room: 125€ per night, breakfast included

Pets are also allowed in the hotel. Just make sure to follow their few rules.

FOOD: For food & drinks everything has to be ordered and consumed in the restaurant and payment happens on the spot.
The hotel doesn’t allow outside catering in the restaurant and the meeting area.
Take away orders or room service must be consumed in the hotel rooms or outside the hotel.

DISABLED PERSON: The venue will be accessible to people with reduced mobility. When you buy your pass, please check the "PRM" option and send us a proof so that we can accompany you during the event. You will have priority access to all activities. If you feel the need, you can be accompanied by the person of your choice.
